Phil Independence Day event: “Filipinos Ageing Well” HACC South Eastern Regional Forum held at Edinburgh Hall, Springvale. Led by Centre for Philippine Concerns Inc (CPCA), partly sponsored by BACNI as part of intergenerational community consultation, by other seniors clubs, councils and departments in the Region.
